July 9, 2010 -- Last week the House of Representatives passed comprehensive financial regulatory reform legislation -- the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act ("Dodd-Frank"). The Senate is expected to take up this legislation when it returns next week.
