At an open meeting held on June 16, 2010, the SEC proposed rule amendments relating to the marketing of target date retirement funds ("target date funds"). The proposed amendments are largely focused on enhancing disclosure of target date funds' current and expected percentage asset allocations among types of investments (e.g., equity securities, fixed income securities, and cash and cash equivalents).
