Joan Boros, Of Counsel, is co-chair of the Securities Products of Insurance Companies in the Face of Regulatory Reform 2010 for PLI. This year's faculty includes the Special Counsel to the Chairman of the Financial Services Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives, an Associate Director and Assistant Director of the SEC's Division of Investment Management, First Deputy Commissioner of the Iowa Insurance Division and the Supervising Insurance Attorney in the Life Bureau of the New York Insurance Department, the Managing Director of the ICI's Independent Directors Council, and the lead Counsels of the Insured Retirement Institute and the American Council of Life Insurers.
