On November 24, 2009, the NAIC's Suitability of Annuity Sales (A) Working Group held a conference call to discuss its November 16, 2009 draft revisions to the Suitability in Annuity Transactions Model Regulation. As discussed in our recent Client Alert, this draft updates the Working Group's September 4, 2009 draft based on industry comments and also adds new provisions.
