Ann Young Black Elected to NAFA Board
Miami, FL, April 26, 2007 -- Ann Young Black, a partner with the law firm of Jorden Burt LLP, has been elected to a three-year term on the Board of Directors of the National Association for Fixed Annuities (NAFA). The election was held on April 25, 2007, at NAFA's annual meeting.
Ms. Black is a partner in the Miami office of Jorden Burt, specializing in financial and insurance products and related services. She regularly advises clients on the developmental and structural issues along with securities, insurance, and commodities regulatory issues in connection with insurance, financial, and retirement plan products. Ms. Black received a J.D. (with honors, Order of the Coif) and a Master's degree in accounting from the University of Florida.
