Todd Fuller is a senior litigation associate in the Miami office of Jorden Burt LLP. His practice involves defending financial services companies in complex federal and state court litigation, including class actions, and multi-district litigation proceedings throughout the United States.
Mr. Fuller has extensive experience in cases alleging fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, deceptive trade practices, violations of RICO, ERISA, and innumerable other industry specific issues involving elevated exposure risks.
Mr. Fuller is regularly involved in sophisticated motion practice and written appellate advocacy, having briefed issues for courts throughout the country, including the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Fuller recognizes that each case is unique and strives to provide innovative and imaginative solutions to the complex business and legal issues facing the Firm's clients.
Mr. Fuller is committed to the continued understanding and identification of changing business environments as they intersect with the law, public perception, and evolving regulatory standards.
