Fax: 202.965.8104 Michael Kentoff represents companies involved in the financial services industry in the context of complex commercial litigation in both class action and individual lawsuits. Mr. Kentoff's range of experience includes securities, consumer fraud, and product liability litigation, litigation relating to sales practices and the administration of insurance and investment products, litigation concerning the design and pricing of insurance products, state regulatory investigations, and FINRA broker-dealer arbitrations. He also provides clients with counsel concerning antitrust, social media, freedom of information, and anti-money laundering issues.
