Fax: 305.372.9928 Scott Byers is a litigation associate in the Miami office of Jorden Burt LLP. His practice involves defending financial services companies in complex federal and state court litigation, including class actions and multi-district litigation proceedings throughout the United States.
Mr. Byers has experience in cases alleging fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, deceptive trade practices, violations of ERISA, and numerous other industry specific issues involving elevated exposure risks.
