Jason Morris' practice focuses on complex civil litigation and class actions on behalf of the financial services industry. He also has significant experience in a variety of substantive areas, including RICO, regulatory and state statutory violations, contract breaches, child custody disputes, issues arising from market conduct examinations, and intellectual property, including privacy issues, with a particular focus on corporate privacy breaches that occur from technology. Mr. Morris practices in federal and state courts across the country.

• Cobb v. Mason, No. 2002 DRB 2818 (D.C. Superior Ct. July 21, 2011) (order adopting Jorden Burt's recommendations concerning pro bono client following three-day bench trial)
• Wahl v. Am. Sec. Ins. Co., 2010 WL 1881126 (N.D. Cal. 2010) and 2009 WL 1766620 (N.D. Cal. 2009) (dismissal of all but one claim in class case concerning lender-placed insurance)
