She joined Jorden Burt LLP following her clerkship with the Honorable Peter. T. Fay in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Prior to her clerkship, Ms. O'Donnell served as an intern in the Appellate Division of the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida, where she worked on federal criminal appeals, including drafting briefs on behalf of the United States.
Ms. O'Donnell represents financial institutions in a range of complex litigation in federal and state courts throughout the United States , including substantial class action litigation. In addition, Ms. O'Donnell has extensive experience in Indian tribal litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, including environmental, constitutional and commercial matters. Ms. O'Donnell also has experience in federal criminal defense, including briefing criminal appeals on behalf of indigent defendants and successfully arguing a federal criminal appeal in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
