Lynn Hawkins is a litigation associate in Jorden Burt's D.C. office. She represents insurance companies and financial institutions in a range of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States, including class action litigation and reinsurance . Ms. Hawkins also has experience arbitrating matters in the areas of insurance and reinsurance. She has extensive experience in managing large electronic discovery productions in both litigation and arbitration settings, both from the standpoint of gathering, processing and producing information and from the standpoint of receiving, processing and analyzing productions from opposing parties, including the management of teams of contract attorneys. Ms. Hawkins is the Deputy Blogmaster of and frequent contributor to Reinsurance Focus, Jorden Burt's Internet blog focusing on reinsurance and arbitration matters.
